In response to a challenge from the 2013 Legislature for the Theodore Roosevelt Center (TRC) to develop and build a "Theodore Roosevelt Presidential Library", Dickinson State University has engaged Hilferty and Associates to conduct a planning process to conceive such a structure and how it should be staffed, and to create a long-term business plan. After receiving input national leaders, North Dakota leaders, Dickinson community leaders, University personnel and students, Hilferty and Associates has prepared concepts for such a facility. The community is invited to consider the proposed models and offer reactions. Hilferty and Associates will be at the Biesiot Activities Center on Monday, Mar. 31, 2014, 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Brief formal comments will be offered at 6 p.m.
