Chorale
The Chorale is the primary choral ensemble at DSU and open to all students regardless of their major. The ensemble performs a variety of literature from the Renaissance to the present. The Chorale performs for university functions, community events, annual tours, and concerts. Members of the Chorale find it a wonderful break in the academic day.
Chamber Singers

Musical Theater
The Musical Theater Ensemble explores music for the stage, including both the Broadway and opera repertoires. Students study different styles of singing and work on performance skills. The Musical Theater Ensemble culminates in a concert or production each semester.

Other major choral works will also be studied. Choral Union meets Mondays from 7:00 – 9:30 p.m. during the fall semester and is conducted by Dr. Bruce Southard, Director of Choral Activities at DSU.
