Group Exercise Classes
Each semester the Dickinson State University Wellness Program offers several group exercise classes. The schedule changes each semester and is posted on the Wellness Program web site and DSU web calendar. Contact Wellness Coordinator, Nicole Duby or Student Center 483-2090 for more information.
Student Center Fitness Center
The Fitness Center is equipped with treadmills, elliptical trainers, stationary bicycles, and dumbbells. There is reading material and a television. The Fitness Center is open Monday through Friday noon to 10 PM and Saturday and Sunday noon to 6 PM. For more information contact, Jamie Jung, Student Center, 483-2088.
Intramurals
Intramural sports are available for both men and women throughout most of the year. Scott Gymnasium, Wienbergen Hall, the Student Center, Biesiot Activity Center (BAC), and surrounding athletic fields provide students with some of the best athletic facilities in the upper Midwest. Students also have the opportunity to travel to other parts of the upper Midwest for regional competition in certain intramural sports programs. Intramural sports that are offered include:
- Flag Football - Men and Co-recreation
- Badminton
- Water Basketball
- Ping Pong
- Basketball - Men, Women, Co-recreation, and 3-on-3
- Volleyball
- Softball

Special Events
Throughout the academic year the Wellness Program offers special events such as paying the registration fee for the Homecoming 5K walk/run and the Dickinson Parks and Recreation Jingle Bell walk/run. There are also various competitions throughout the year. These events are posted on the Wellness Program website.
