Advising Materials

“Audit Sheets” are what Departments use to determine what requirements have been met for a degree. Students can use these audit sheets to keep track of the classes they have taken and update them once per semester to keep an updated list of the requirements remaining to complete their degree.

“Academic Planning Guides” are what the advisors use to help students develop an extended plan for completing a degree program. By using these guides, students are able to plan out how many years of planned attendance at college and determine which classes should be taken during each semester of their time at Dickinson State University.

“Course Rotations” – the term departments use for notice of which courses are available what semester. Some courses are not available each semester, or each academic year, so the rotation points out what semesters these courses are offered to ensure pre-requisites or co-requisites are met.
