NEW STUDENT REGISTRATION INFORMATION

Registration for new students will be held on August 23 in the ballroom of the Student Center.

All new freshman students must complete placement testing before they register. Placement tests are given in math and writing, and students must complete both. Testing times are at 9:00, 10:00 and 11:00 for both tests, and they will be held in the ballroom. If you have dual credit in composition or math, you do not need to write that test.

New transfer students who have not completed college classes in writing or math must also take placement tests.

NEW FRESHMAN STUDENTS WHO ARE LESS THAN 25 YEARS OF AGE, AND WHO HAVE NOT TAKEN THE ACT, MUST WRITE THE TEST ON CAMPUS ON AUGUST 23. The ACT will be administered at 8:30 in Room 18 of the Student Center. You do not need to register ahead of time.

Advising and registration will begin at noon in the ballroom of the Student Center.

Classes begin at 3:00.
