Baker Boy is a regional manufacturer of bakery products in frozen dough, pre-fried, par-baked, and fully baked forms. More than 600 different products are sold through food service distributors to bakeries, schools, restaurants, grocery stores, and other food service operations in 11 states in the Upper Midwest and Northwest. The company, which recently expanded, began dough manufacturing operations in 1979, and now employs more than 150 people in a 65,000 square foot state-of-the-art facility.
