It is centrally located at 230 8th Avenue West!
The Alumni/Foundation House at Dickinson State University does many things very well: it enhances the visibility of the University Foundation and Alumni Association and it grants alumni and friends greater access to everything in which the Foundation and Association are involved. Plus it provides a state of the art facility to accommodate office and entertainment needs.

The Alumni/Foundation House features:
- More than 4,000 square feet with a breathtaking view of Dickinson State’s main campus including King Pavilion and May Hall.
- The Great Room/Lobby Area serves as a place for alumni and friends to gather, reconnect, reminisce, and rediscover memorabilia from their university days. This area offers a Prairie Style décor, an inviting fireplace area, and room for socials and receptions.
- The Conference Room hosts many university, community and regional meetings enhanced by state-of-the art technology for audio/video presentations.
- The Phonathon Technology Center houses the computerized solution for Foundation Annual Fund solicitation and is available for other non-profit groups within the community to utilize for their fund raising needs.
- The Gardens hosts outdoor socials and gatherings in a beautifully landscaped terrace area.
- The Director, Coordinator of Annual Giving, and Administrative Offices, as well as the Workroom Area, serves as the heart of the daily operations of the Alumni and Development staff as they support the alumni and friends of Dickinson State University.
The Alumni/Foundation House provides a lasting impact for all who visit the DSU campus. It both serves as a home for the Alumni Association and the DSU Foundation offices and is a place for thousands of alumni to reconnect with the university. We encourage you to step forward with a gift to this exciting “home away from home”.

have the house named in their honor with photo and plaque
recognition.
Office and Room Space Donors will
have the room named in their honor with plaque recognition.
Pledges of up to five years allow you the greatest flexibility
with your gift, while including your total gift amount
for cumulative giving recognition purposes.
